Our address is Wayfaring Farm, Filching, near Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 5QA.
Wayfaring Farm is accessed from the Jevington road (the C40) via a private communally owned drive that we share with our three neighbours. Coming from Polegate, you head up the Jevington road. About 300 yards after the place sign for Filching there is a turning into a wide drive on the right. There is a post box, and a Southern Water gate. Opposite on the other side of the road you can see an old house called Filching Manor behind the wall. You drive to the end of the drive.
At the end of the drive, there is a track down to the first gate. It is quite a deep track and not suitable for cars with lowered suspension. You arrive in the first field where there is ample space to park 6 cars with plenty of space between each one. Parking is not permitted on the access road. The camping field is in the 2nd field and is signposted.
Coming from Polegate, you head up the Jevington road. About 200 metres after Filching Close which is on the left there is the start of the footpath that goes up the right hand side of the glen. It starts to the left of a 5 bar gate, behind which there are stables – Wayfaring Down Stud. Follow this footpath all the way to the end. You will arrive at the bottom of a wide drive. There is a post box, and a Southern Water gate. A few metres up the drive on the right, there is a footpath through a wooded strip of land- this runs parallel to the access road- and will bring you to the first camping field where you can check in. There is marker post to guide you into the path through the wooded strip on the access road. If you are arriving on foot, please walk through the wood, and not down the communal drive. Thank you.

A taxi from the rank outside Polegate station to Wayfaring Farm will cost around £7. Ask the taxi driver to take you to Wayfaring Farm, Filching. Please get the taxi to drop you off at the letter box at the bottom of the drive.
